‘I have decreed,’ said Chally, with a certain offputting benevolent snootiness, ‘that we, the femblogger community of Sydney, shall meet up in January for a trip to Coogee beach once more.’
It was rather a lot of fun this year, and I think we should do it again! Please feel free to bring along family and friends. Just to make it explicit: there are no community participation level requirements to come, it shall simply be a gathering of the friendly (and also that strange chick with the curly hair who likes to refer to herself in the third person on her blog). We shall sit around in a shady be-benched area and converse, and those who are so inclined may sup on fish and chips.
Now, there are 5 Sundays in January: 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30. Would you please nominate which of those Sundays are good for you, and then we can try to determine which is best for the most people?
More explicit details when we get organised for a date.

Currently strongly preferred: 2, 30.
Possible but not likely: 16
Can’t attend: 9, 23

Hmm… not the 30th for me, and preferably not the 2nd either :) I’m actually unsure if I’ll be able to make it at all, though.
I definitely can’t do the 2nd, and probably won’t be able to do the 23rd. Not sure about the 9th, as that’s only two days after I get back from NZ, and I may still be recovering from the trip. :P
The 2nd and 30th are the only possibles for me, we’re in NZ all the other dates!
Anything except the 16th as I will be out of state:) I am a long time lurker but I would truly love to meet everyone and stop lurking for once. I Shall watch this space and cross my fingers I gather up the courage to come!!!

Oh dear, we have half formed plans for Going Away at some point, which I think will be later in the month, although perhaps we will just be having a Doing Tourist Things At Home couple of weeks, which are always good fun, in which case I might make it even in the last two two weeks.

9th, 16th or 23rd are my prefs. I might be out of town the other times.
Oooh! I’m taking all of January off work, so I might actually be able to attend this one! The 9th, 16th and 23rd all look good thus far!
I always plan to come to internet-based meetups like this, but then my social anxiety gets the better of me. :(
